Overview of conditions for short-term hourly and daily vehicle rental for taxi drivers.

Short-term vehicle rental is intended exclusively for taxi drivers employed by AutoMoto Rental s.r.o. The minimum rental period is 6 hours. Rental is carried out exclusively through the online reservation system.
The rental price is always determined according to the current price list of the provider available on the website www.fairdriver.cz.
The service operates without a refundable financial deposit. The driver's liability for damage is governed by the Labor Code. The maximum amount of compensation is 4.5 times the employee's average monthly earnings. In case of damage caused intentionally, under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances, the employee pays the damage in full.
Only a person who: is an employee of AutoMoto Rental s.r.o. (based on DPP or DPČ), has a valid registration in the company's internal system, and has been internally verified by the company, may rent a vehicle.
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance with a deductible of 15% of the damage, but at least CZK 15,000. Vehicles have taxi service supplementary insurance. Damages are handled by the lessor through the insurance company, and the deductible is charged to the employee in accordance with the Labor Code.
Vehicles are continuously monitored using GPS and telemetry. The company has access to data on location, route, speed, and vehicle operational events.
The vehicle may only be used for taxi service purposes, not for private use. It is forbidden to hand over the vehicle to another person. Driving under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances is strictly prohibited. The driver is obliged to return the vehicle with a full tank and a clean interior.
The driver is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and fees incurred during the period of vehicle use. The provider is entitled to pay the fine and subsequently charge the costs to the employee.
The driver is obliged to report all defects discovered during the rental. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Upon return, the driver is obliged to hand over keys, documents, and all vehicle equipment.
A vehicle can only be obtained through a confirmed reservation in the company's internal system. Use of the vehicle without a reservation is prohibited.
Violation of these rules may lead to termination of rental possibilities, termination of employment, and the obligation to compensate for the damage caused.
These conditions represent a binding overview of short-term vehicle rental rules. By using the service, the driver agrees to the above conditions.
